What is OnCall Chat?

A chat box for your website that answers your customers any time of day. It learns your business from your website, answers their questions, and takes down the name and number or email of anyone who wants to hear back from you. It can also send them a link to book a time or to pay you.

Where can it talk to my customers?

On your website as soon as you paste it in. On a paid plan we can also set it up to answer text messages, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and phone calls.

Does it work with my other apps?

Yes. With Calendly it shows your open times and sends a link to book. With Stripe it sends a link to pay. With HubSpot it saves each new lead as a contact.

How do I know it is working?

Your dashboard shows how many people it talked to, how many left their details and where each chat came from. You can also read every conversation.

How do I set it up?

Type in your website address and we set up your agent from it. Check what it learned and fix anything it got wrong. Then copy one line from your dashboard and paste it into your website.

Does it work with my website builder?

It works on any website where you can add a line of code. The install guides take you through WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and Shopify step by step. Some builders only let you add code on their paid plans.

Can I control what it says?

Yes. It answers from your business details, your list of services and the questions and answers you write. You can change any of them at any time, and you can read every conversation it has.

How much does it cost?

It is free to start with 100 messages a month, and you do not need a card. Starter is $49 a month and Growth is $149 a month. Business adds phone calls and more agents, and we agree its price on a call. You can change plans at any time.

What counts as a message?

Each answer your agent sends counts as one message. Your count starts again at the beginning of each month.

What happens if I run out of messages?

Your agent stops answering until the next month starts or until you move to a bigger plan.

Is there a free trial on paid plans?

Yes. Starter and Growth both start with a 14-day free trial. You add a card to start it and you are not charged until the 14 days are up.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings in your dashboard or by email. Your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for.

Is my data safe?

Everything sent to and from OnCall Chat is encrypted. We never sell your data, and we do not train AI on your conversations. Email us and we will send you a copy of your data or delete it.
